Because our leather denim shoes and belts are crafted from high-quality leathers like top-grain cowhide and vegetable-tanned leather, their natural texture and characteristics require special care during wear and maintenance. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please ensure within 30 days of receipt that the uppers of the leather denim shoes are free of creases and stains, the soles are free of any signs of wear from walking, and the laces and other accessories are complete. The leather belts must be free of scratches and embossing, the belts are not bent or deformed, and the buckles and other hardware show no signs of use. The product must also include all accessories, including the original packaging, hangtag, and product manual. Please contact our customer service team for return and exchange authorization.

Special Note: Leather products have unique material properties and will deteriorate depending on usage and care. Returns and exchanges may not be accepted for damage caused by improper care, such as discoloration from contact with corrosive liquids like alcohol or perfume, cracking from excessive bending, or unauthorized cutting or modification of the product. For eligible returns and exchanges, we will arrange professional logistics to pick up the items at your door and provide free service throughout the process, allowing you to shop with greater peace of mind.
